We collect account information such as your name, email address, Indian mobile number, profile details, membership tier, course progress, cancellation requests, and any coaching information you choose to submit.

Our hosting and security providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and diagnostic logs when you use the website.

We use personal information to create and secure accounts, provide membership content, process and reconcile payments, track course progress, arrange coaching, send service messages, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

If you join the email list, we may send product or curriculum updates. You may ask us to stop these messages at any time.

Cashfree processes checkout, mandate authorization, recurring charges, and payment status. We do not store your complete card, bank-account, or UPI credentials. Cashfree handles that information under its own privacy terms.

We use Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage; Resend for transactional email; and our hosting provider to deliver the application. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with contracted service providers, professional advisers, or authorities when required to operate the service, protect users, enforce our terms, or comply with law.

We keep information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward where needed for support, fraud prevention, disputes, payment records, or legal compliance. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer required.

We use access controls, encrypted transport, private file links, signed payment webhooks, and restricted administrative access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a unique password and protect your account credentials.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and any records we must retain. You can update your name and phone from the Account page and cancel future membership renewals there.
