Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains one-time access payments, access expiry, reminders, and when a completed payment may be eligible for review.
Last updated: 17 August 2026
One-time monthly access
Each paid plan is purchased with a one-time Cashfree payment and provides one calendar month of access. Checkout does not create a mandate and does not authorize automatic future charges.
If you pay again before your current access ends, the additional month begins after the existing paid period so your remaining time is preserved. The newly selected tier applies after payment confirmation.
We may email you before access ends so you can choose whether to pay again. The reminder is not an invoice, mandate, or scheduled debit.
When access ends
There is no future renewal to cancel. If you do not make another payment, your paid access ends automatically at the end of the current period and your account returns to the Guest tier.
You can view the current access end date from your Account page and choose a new one-time plan from the Pricing page at any time.
Refund eligibility
Because membership content is digital and becomes available after a successful payment, completed charges are generally non-refundable. Letting access expire does not reverse or refund the current paid period.
We will review refund requests where GreekMaxxing could not provide the purchased service, where a confirmed duplicate charge occurred, or where a refund is required by applicable law. Approval depends on payment records and the circumstances of the request.
Failed, pending, and approved refunds
A failed or pending payment does not activate new membership access. Bank-side reversals for failed or timed-out transactions are controlled by Cashfree and the issuing bank.
When a refund is approved, we initiate it through the original payment method. Cashfree and the bank determine when the amount appears in your account, and processing time can vary.
How to contact us
Send refund or payment concerns to geekmaxxing@gmail.com with your account email, payment reference, charge date, amount, and a short explanation. Never send a password, OTP, complete card number, UPI PIN, or banking password.
